Electrodry has become an industry leader in the way it markets itself. At Electrodry we have 3 main points of focus in marketing and developing the Electrodry brand and business:
1. Brand Awareness
Through the use of innovative and informative Television commercials we continue to promote the Electrodry brand nationally ensuring that the Electrodry name is a house hold brand synonymous with high quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services. The distinctive Electrodry vans also make up a very important part of this brand awareness marketing as they demonstrate our coverage and through the high quality "prestige" brand vehicles (the Electrodry fleet has updated to Mercedes and Volkswagen vans) with distinctive artwork reinforcing our positioning as a market leading carpet and upholstery cleaning service.
2. Direct response
A successful business needs customers and for this we often need call to action marketing. Using a print advertising (we distribute over 20,000,000 brochures nationally every year), Yellow pages advertising and internet marketing, reinforced by our Brand Awareness Marketing we are able to consistently attract thousands of new customers to Electrodry every week. This ensures that we continue to grow and develop the Electrodry customer base.
3. Customer Relationship Tools
Electrodry's biggest asset is its clients and we are very focused at maintaining a close relationship with them. To help us achieve this we send a full colour, 4 page lifestyle newsletter to over 70,000 Electrodry clients every 3 months (all organized by the Electrodry Head Office). We have recently implemented further customer relationship programs focused on turning Electrodry clients into Raving Electrodry fans.
